Contact Kate.Esvelt@gmail.com: Position Summary: Nurse Practitioner (NP) provider will be responsible for initial diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan and progressive care of the patients till they are stabilized for discharge back to recommended level of follow up care.Responsibilities stature of discharge i.e. voluntary discharge, discharge against medical advice or administrative discharge the rest of expectations for admissions, progress follow ups and discharges will remain the same as on weekdays - NP will be responsible for care of maximum of 8-9 pts a day - NP will be responsible each day for a maximum of two new intake evaluations and treatment plan for new patients each day.
