This position requires performing electrical tasks such as installing electrical equipment, devices, and fixtures, pulling cable, excavation, trenching, and cleaning up job sites, in addition to supervising others. It is a physically demanding role. Responsibilities: General Duties: Supervise and mentor field personnel. Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and general contractors. Manage manpower and materials to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and staged. Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship,development, and discipline as needed. Communicate with Project Management, Foremen, Electricians, Mechanics, and Apprenticesregarding production schedules, scope changes, back charges, material, and labor management.
