Our Company SpringPath Mental Health Services: Overview: The Lead ILS Overnight works as part of an Intensive Residential Treatment Services Team that provides care, treatment and rehabilitation for persons served who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms; who are demonstrating significant functional impairments; and who may have co-occurring disorders. The Lead ILS Overnight provides some supervisory oversight by assisting site supervisors with scheduling, training, and providing guidance to overnight staff. The Lead ILS overnight will have a home site and will travel to the site where there is the most need. Responsibilities: - Promote residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being by providing individual interventions. - Interacts frequently and positively with residents and support staff to promote the rights of the residents to achieve an enhanced quality of life. - Completes new hire training for overnights and OJT checklist for each site as needed. - Observes performance of overnights and provides feedback. - Expresses positive expectations of others, even in difficult situations. - Delegates tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of d...
