Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors What You’ll Be Doing: - Partner with manufacturing leaders to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace - Develop and implement safety management systems, including: - Hazard identification - Risk assessments - Mitigation planning - Compliance auditing and reporting - Serve as a safety subject matter expert (SME) on: - Capital projects - Process improvements - Cost reduction initiatives - Train and educate employees on safety procedures such as: - PPE - Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) - Ergonomics - Hazardous materials handling Lead and support incident investigations, including: - Root cause analysis - Corrective action planning and execution - Manage hazardous and residual waste programs - Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety and environmental systems - Lead hazard identification and risk assessment processes - Plan and execute process safety mitigation...
