Lead Starbucks Barista Status: Full-time, 40 hours weekly. Schedule: Monday to Sunday. Every other weekend required. Shift: Works 8.5 hours between 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Location: Butterworth Hosptial, 100 Michigan St. Grand Rapids, MI Job Summary: Maintains shift accountability for the provision of Nutrition Services in a cost effective/efficient manner. Monitors the delivery of high quality food and nutritional services to Corewell Health patients, employees and visitors. May make decisions of a non-routine nature to provide solutions for persistent departmental concerns. Responsible for production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients, according to standardized recipes. Work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Use of specialized kitchen equipment. Able to identify ingredients/finished products that do not meet established quality standards. Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area. Create an excellent experience for the customer.
