Senior Construction Manager

Audubon is currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our team in our Houston, TX Energy Corridor Office. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for: - Overseeing the safety standards and costs of the project, the Sr. Construction Manager ensures that the project is completed on time and according to the client’s specification. - Oversees daily JSA (Job Safety Analysis). - Ensure that all Project/Company HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded. - Ensure that all construction personnel in conjunction with Site Manager at both Project and Corporate level are aware of / implement safe working practices / procedures and are provided with a safe working environment. - Deliver a high standard of construction ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times. - Implementation of a continuous improvement philosophy across the construction function, delivering best practices at all times. - Organize, manage and support of all construction personnel, subcontractors and vendors on the project in conjunction with Site Manager. - Maintain and deliver the construction activities within budget, and, where applicable, implement cost savin...
