Overview Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor (Condo) is responsible for the daily supervision of Maintenance and Housekeeping staff. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of property by evaluating facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed and assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. The Maintenance Supervisor provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
