We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join Trade Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan. How you make the difference: In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into strategic insights that support business decision‑making and performance improvement. You will analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and operational optimization. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models that enhance visibility on business performance and guide strategic planning. By providing accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence, you will help improve forecasting accuracy, optimize processes, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
