Job Description Hours: Full-Time – 35 Hours: Work Location: 30-30 Thomson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101 Only candidates who are permanent in the Construction Project Manager title or those who are reachable on the Open-Competitive List (Exam #0169) or filed for Open-Competitive Exam #3042 may apply. The NYC Department of Design and Construction’s Division of Project Controls seeks a Senior Project Manager. Under the general supervision of the Senior Project Controls Specialist, cost estimating work will involve review drawings and maps, schedules, cost estimates, construction documents, plans, and specifications. The candidate will advance project controls best practices liaising with stakeholders on multiple project management tasks, which includes design and construction kick-off meetings, project controls workshops, and field visits.
