The Job: The Fulfillment Team Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring the fulfillment area operates with zero downtime and uninterrupted flow. This is a non-supervisor role and supports the Production Manager and takes ownership of driving performance, maintaining safety, and optimizing team productivity.
