Provides administrative services within a designated department, function or process area. Duties are primarily transactional and may include services such as office support; paperwork / documentation preparation, filing and submission; inventory tracking and purchasing; facility maintenance; administrative equipment maintenance, tracking and controlling departmental processes (that is, billed work, cost tracking, etc.) and other transactional duties. Administrative Services employees may work in a general office or team setting or within a designated functional area or field location. - Gains familiarity with Administrative Services processes and practices within a specific function or specialty area. - With guidance, performs specific duties relating to some or all of the following: Office support - procuring supplies, performing transactional duties related to employee, contractor and visitor security and clearance, initiating service calls and participating in life safety and emergency planning exercises. - Process administration - completing, verifying and submitting paperwork in support of ongoing operations (that is, tax forms, purchase orders, invoices, vendor-related agree...
