The Role: As Communications Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of Eziway's customer communications — the tools, templates and programs that keep customers informed, engaged and getting the most from their benefits. Hands-on, delivery-focused and right at the heart of our marketing engine. How You'll Work: Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you'll collaborate closely across: - Marketing — Events, social media, onsite activity, sponsorship pages, stock and SharePoint coordination - Eziway Car Leasing — Novated lease communications, content direction, product knowledge and EOFY/EV campaigns - Software Solutions — System-generated communications templates, post-release regression testing, help centre platform integration - Operations — Transitions execution, customer service communications, policy and compliance threading Requirements: What You'll Own: - Case Studies — Monthly production end-to-end: interviews, drafting, sign-...
