When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. 16hpw; Day Shift; Rotating weekends and holidays Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities It is understood that this is a summary of key job functions and does not include every detail of the job that may reasonably be required. - Displays courtesy and professionalism at all times while providing timely, helpful service to all patients, visitors, physicians and associates. - Checks food temperatures before and during meal service; monitors quality of product. - Distributes and collects patient meal trays and nourishments. - Assists dieticians by obtaining information (oral and written) relative to patient acceptance of meals and quality of food service. - Performs daily inventory and ordering of food and paper supplies as well as maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas. Stock assigned areas according to procedures. Put stock away according to procedure. - Prepares dishwasher for operation, unloads dishwasher after completion, returns dishes, trays, pots, small wares to proper areas.
