The role will have primary responsibility for leading and implementing strategy and best practices related to our enterprise infrastructure and daily operations. This is inclusive of end-user support, on-premise & cloud infrastructure, telecom systems, networks, security, and end user devices. You will be responsible for infrastructure management, system operations incident response, and the successful delivery of modernization initiatives. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.
