Description This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, with at least one day per week in the downtown Seattle office. The Market Manager plays a critical role in expanding Housing Connector’s impact and advancing housing stability within their assigned market. As the market’s day-to-day leader, this role owns the execution of local strategy and market-level program and community operations, builds deep and productive stakeholder relationships, and partners closely with the Regional Managing Director to scale Housing Connector’s model. Building on Housing Connector’s proven success, the Market Manager adapts best practices to local context, serves as a trusted resource to the housing ecosystem, and helps define the playbook for deepening partnerships with community organizations, housing providers, and government stakeholders. This role offers significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to demonstrate how Housing Connector scales market by market.
