Job Description: Responsible to implement the nursing process within Sanford and the continuum of care. The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions. Responsible to triage all employee injures to assess the need for initial and ongoing medical treatment and coordinate the return to work process.
