Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient operations and the production of high-quality products. This role supports food safety and quality standards while meeting production goals. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate production equipment according to specifications and production requirements. - Monitor product quality and equipment performance, including fill temperature, closure integrity, net weight, and label accuracy. - Adhere to all food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, Allergen Control Program, GMPs, product specifications, and established QA procedures. - Ensure processes, work-in-progress, raw materials, and finished goods meet defined quality standards. - Support and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Follow all company policies and procedures while ensuring customer requirements are met. - Perform required checks and accurately document Critical Control Points (CCPs) in accordance with the HACCP plan. - Record downtime events and production issues using appropriate documentation systems....
