Job Description ADM is looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to drive growth of the Lasavista portfolio across the Iberian Foodservice Wholesale channel. This role is responsible for managing strategic wholesale accounts, developing new business opportunities, and expanding ADM’s branded and customer own-label presence across Spain and the wider Iberian market. Working within a matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth, successful product launches, and long-term customer partnerships. Your Responsibilities: - Take ownership of identified strategic growth accounts across Iberia and actively support new customer acquisition within the Foodservice Wholesale channel. - Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to Iberian foodservice wholesale markets. - Lead commercial negotiations with central consortia offices on pricing, promotional activities, and framework agreements, while managing day-to-day engagement with individual members. - Support the development and expansion of supplier-branded and customer own-label ranges, working closely with Product Management, Application, and P...
