Job Context The Sales Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operational needs of Simpro’s sales organization from our Miami office. This is a hands-on role at the heart of how our sales team runs — owning data quality in our CRM, keeping pipeline information accurate, and serving as a go-to resource for reps and managers who need things done quickly and correctly. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn how a SaaS sales organization operates from the inside, sharpen strong Excel and CRM skills, and build a foundation for growth into more senior RevOps, analytics, or sales roles over time. The right person is detail-oriented, genuinely enjoys working in spreadsheets, and takes pride in being the person the sales team can count on. What You’ll Do: Own day-to-day CRM maintenance in Salesforce, including account ownership updates, opportunity data cleanup, territory adjustments, and contact record hygiene. Work extensively in Excel to organize, reconcile, and analyze sales data — this is a core part of the role.
