Job description

Position Summary: The Handyman Service Technician Assistant supports the Lead Technician or Handyman Technician in completing residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. This position assists with preparing job sites, handling tools and materials, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist technicians with general home repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and minor installations. Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after work is completed. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job. Help with installing fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, doors, light fixtures, and hardware. Support basic tasks related to plumbing, electrical, and general home repairs under supervision. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain clean and in good working condition. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites.
