Job description

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Associate to join our International Trade Law practice in Brussels. The successful candidate will join an highly specialized and growing team that advises high-profile private clients and government entities on a wide range of international trade matters, including trade remedies, export controls and international sanctions, customs, public international law, trade policy and trade regulatory matters (e.g., CBAM, EUDR). Key Responsibilities: a) sanctions compliance and enforcement procedures in different EU Member States, b) dual-use goods and export licensing, c) customs classification and rules of origin, including representation in front of the National Customs Authorities, d) broader public international law and international trade matters. - Represent clients in trade remedy investigations in the EU and in the UK. - Assist clients with export control and sanctions compliance matters, including navigating licensing processes and handling enforcement issues.
