Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of reliable and scalable digital technology solutions that provide a highly personalized and engaging customer experience. Your Day to Day: Lead, mentor, and inspire the engineering teams dedicated to the MyBlue member portal and mobile applications, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
