Job description

Provide high-quality tier 1 technical support to local and remote users, with a focus on the local region, for Velcro Companies’ workstations, applications, and projects . IT Support & Service Delivery (Primary Focus – 70–80%) Provide on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve tier 1 incidents and service requests. Escalate tickets with detailed, helpful documentation according to procedures. Deploy standard software/hardware following IT and cybersecurity standards. Provision and manage workstations using Microsoft Intune. Assist with Moves/Adds/Changes in current IT computing environment. Assist as needed with items related to current business strategic initiatives AI / Automation (Secondary Focus – 20–30%) Assist with the implementation of an AI agent with the HR department. Help with the design, prototype, and implementation an AI agent using internal tools Document workflows, training data sources, prompts, and evaluation metrics.
