Job description

The Project Engineer II is responsible for managing all aspects of project assignments using the Product Development Process (PDP) as a guide to achieve project objectives for New Product Development projects. Responsible for product maintenance, cost improvement, quality improvement and similar projects. Directs and coordinates a project team in the planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, AL . - Perform engineering design evaluations to ensure project feasibility and compliance with industry standards. - Work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. - Review industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance - Provide technical support throughout the engineering process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges. - Design, implement, and communicate an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. - Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. - Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary...
