Job Description: Senior Wine Associate – Domaine Le Clos Jordanne Arterra Wines Canada is Canada’s leading producer and marketer of award-winning, globally recognized Canadian and imported wines. At Domaine Le Clos Jordanne, we are dedicated to expressing the unique terroir of the Niagara Escarpment through exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Senior Wine Associate plays a key leadership role in delivering elevated, educational, and memorable guest experiences. This position supports team development, drives wine education initiatives, and represents the estate both on-site and beyond. Qualifications: - 3+ years front-of-house winery or hospitality experience (winery retail preferred) - WSET, Sommelier certification, or equivalent formal wine training - Strong knowledge of wine, with a passion for cool-climate expressions - Proven ability to lead by example in a guest-focused environment Duties & Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional, engaging, and educational wine experiences for guests - Conduct structured tastings, including media and industry sessions - Train, mentor, and support Wine Associates, fostering a strong wine culture - Assist in developing wine education prog...
