WSP is currently initiating a search for a NEBB Certified Testing and Balancing - Senior Field Technician for our Columbia, MD office. Your Impact: Testing, Adjusting and Balancing to achieve proper operation of HVAC systems for institutional clients ( Hospitals, Labs and Higher Education). Critical Space Testing to measure airflows and confirm room pressurization is correct in addition to calculating air change rates directly for existing healthcare clients. Pre-commissioning to confirm the installation of the mechanical system is installed per the contract documents and the owner’s specifications.
