This position oversees teen campers’ residential life and activities, supervises Camp Counselors, plans social outings, and ensures a safe, structured, and engaging environment. Responsibilities include night check-ins, morning departures, activity planning, Camp Counselor hiring/training, and supporting campus transportation logistics.
