The UNM Medical Group, Inc is seeking an Full-time Patient Services Supervisor to work within our Patient Services and Revenue Cycle Operations Departments of the UNM Cancer Center. Minimum $48,182 - Midpoint $60,233*: Hours: 8am - 5pm: *Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience. *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. The Supervisor, Patient Services role provides practice management support including patient scheduling, orders processing, registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and medical records administration. The Supervisor, Patient Services provides direction, schedules work, monitors results, and supports employee development and engagement. **Preferred but not required: Knowledge of IDX and/or Soarian billing systems Payment and adjustment processes Knowledge of rules governing primary/secondary Insurance Knowledge of working denied Services.
