Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Applications Improvement Analyst is a member of the EMR/Applications team; responsible for the implementation, maintenance, training and any other content/build related tasks in the support of one or more clinical applications. This team member will assist in providing the first level of technical support to organization entities regarding the EMR and other clinical applications, as well as prepare and maintain the appropriate documentation regarding such. He or she will implement modifications to existing applications and/or user workflows in order to effectively accomplish desired organizational objectives. The analyst also provides any necessary training and on-site support to end users as it relates to use of clinical applications. Analyst may also make recommendations regarding areas of potential improvement in the operations of end users regarding clinical applications in an effort to meet organizational goals and quality measures.
