Job description

Production Supervisor The Production Supervision and responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent execution of daily operations within their assigned area. This role ensures production, warehouse, or processing activities are performed in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational expectations while meeting cost, delivery, and performance targets. The Production Supervisor serves as the primary link between management and front-line employees, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement at the shift and area level. Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager: Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution. Enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and 6S standards across assigned areas. Execute daily production or operational plans and ensure schedule adherence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take immediate corrective action when targets are missed. Ensure standard work, procedures, and work instructions are followed.
