Job Description: - Functional leadership of the international Operations Team and ensuring the implementation of all operational processes - Onboarding and further development of the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam, including the organization of knowledge transfer, process documentation, and capacity allocation - Close coordination with the E2E-Transfer Price (TP)- and Licence - Management project team regarding the operational implementation of the further project rollouts - Contact person for the operational implementation of special topics within the scope of TP- and Licence- management (US Tariffs, Customer compensations,…) - Contact person for stakeholder inquiries (local- / regional CTGs, GB- / BU - CTG) regarding TP changes within the scope of the Transfer price Management Tool (Optravis) - Coordination of digitalization initiatives and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) of operational processes Qualifications: -...
