Associate Systems Engineer Company: Build the system-of-systems that protects the homeland. Boeing’s Phantom Works Missile Defense National Teams are hiring Systems Engineers to work at Colorado Springs , CO at the intersection of mission outcomes, architecture, analysis, integration, and test. On the Boeing-led Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) National Team , you’ll help the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) shape system-level concepts, architectures, requirements, and assessments that drive incremental upgrades to America’s Missile Defense System. On the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team , you’ll help evolve the integrating element that links sensors and weapons and synchronizes operations to deliver a layered defense across all phases of flight.
