Job Description: The Trainee / Junior P&O Assistant supports the People & Organization function by providing efficient administrative and coordination support across the entire employee lifecycle. The role focuses on P&O administration, data accuracy, and first-level employee support while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: P&O Administration: - Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding - Prepare employment-related documentation such as contracts, amendments, confirmations, and employment certificates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files - Support time and attendance administration, absence management, and leave tracking Payroll & Benefits Support: - Assist with monthly payroll preparation by verifying P&O data and employee changes - Support the administration of social insurance processes (AHV/AVS, ALV/AC, pension fund, accident insurance) Employee Support: - Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR and administrative questions - Provide guidance on P&O procedures, internal policies,...
