This is what you’ll do: In this role, you will advise both national and international clients on a variety of commercial contracts and related matters. You will assist clients in drafting, structuring and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements, including transfer pricing agreements, license agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, general terms and conditions, and distribution agreements, delivering clear and pragmatic advice throughout the process.
