Bridge Designer / Senior Bridge Designer Department: Transportation: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Pleasant Grove, UT: Reporting To: Kevin Cary: Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 / year Description: Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO for exempt staff. As a Bridge Designer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the structural design, layout and plan production on large multi-discipline transportation projects. Projects will include single- and multi-span bridges, complex retaining walls, and require close coordination with other disciplines (roadway, drainage, MOT, etc). The ideal candidate will also have mentorship skills to lead and train junior design and drafting staff.
