Business Unit Leader - Energy & Industrial Business

We are looking for a new Business Unit Leader, Energy & Industrial Business, to lead and grow Welado’s business in a market where customer needs are changing fast and we have a strong intent to grow.: This role is not about maintaining the status quo. It is for a leader with clear commercial drive, a strategic mindset, strong execution ability, and the ambition to shape where the business should go next. You will lead the current Energy and QC teams (approximately 15 people) and work closely with our Swedish colleagues. Welado Group is strong in this business area in Sweden, and now your job is to build this business in Finland.
