Maintenance Assistant Type: Part-Time: Shift: Day Shift, Mon-Fri (25 hours/week) Location: Avamere Englewood Heights; 3710 Kern Rd; Yakima, WA 98902 The Maintenance Assistant supports daily facility operations by completing work orders, preventative maintenance, equipment checks, and minor repairs. This role helps maintain a safe, functional building environment and responds to routine service requests from departments and residents.
