Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager (“PM”) to join our Workload Automation team in Plano, TX, where you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner (“PO”) and R&D to drive enhancements and new capabilities to a suite of workload automation programs that run the world's largest enterprises. These solutions orchestrate workflows to ensure applications such as payroll gets processed on time, financial institutions start the morning with the correct balance, and so forth. The PM is a Customer/Market facing role, responsible for identifying and continuously validating addressable market opportunities aligned to Broadcom’s Mainframe software strategy. The PM understands and communicates the voice of the target customer, and combines these to achieve market success through delivering new or improved product or solution offerings.
