We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our global Stock Operations team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in equity administration and compliance, and can adapt to Netflix’s unique approaches to employee stock programs. This hire will have the opportunity to define the role’s scope and influence its long-term impact on the team. This role can be based in Los Gatos, CA, Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY, with an expectation to be in the office Tues-Thurs. Responsibilities: Facilitate the administration of the Netflix Stock Option Program, including grants, exercises, and settlements of stock, working closely with internal and external partners such as brokerage firms, transfer agents, and legal counsel.
