The City of Georgetown is recruiting to establish an eligibility list for the Civil Service position of Paramedic. Duties will include responding to all medical emergencies, fires for support activities, rescues & recovery alarms; sustaining high level of preparedness for emergencies; maintaining vehicles & equipment for medical emergencies, rescue & recovery. Subject to callback for emergencies, special training and/or other administrative reason. Professional Paramedics work as a team to protect life and property during all types of emergencies.
