About the Role: At NEXT we have a great opportunity for a proactive and positive Studio Floor Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Photography Studio in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our studio sets. The ideal candidate will be a helpful, "can-do" individual willing to support all aspects of production from physical set builds and product logistics to assisting with digital workflows. You will play a vital role in maintaining a professional environment for both our in-house teams and visiting photographers. What You’ll Take On: - Lead the preparation and smooth running of studio sets, including set building, painting, and executing set changes as required by the shoot teams. - Pick and transport products and props to sets. You will also be responsible for driving the company van to source and collect items for upcoming shoots. - Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring all sets are safe, clean, and tidy.
