Overview Job Summary The Lead person role is to provide direction and support to ensure all tasks and objectives are completed successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge and understanding of all tasks within a department. - Using tools such as a hook, knife and equipment to safely and properly dress carcasses. - Communicate with employees and management to quickly and effectively resolve production issues or concerns. - If contamination is present, use a hook and knife to remove any visible contamination. - Follow proper sanitation procedures - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (Required): - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship. - Must be able to work in a humid, hot, wet, slippery, or moving surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
