Senior Systems Administrator

Job description

The Senior Systems Administrator is a hands-on technical role responsible for the stability, security, and operational excellence of the organization’s collaboration and workplace technology platforms. This position primarily oversees Microsoft 365 services, Intune Administration (including Autopilot), Zoom administration, all device OS and Office patching and conference room systems and AV maintenance. The role serves as the escalation point for complex incidents, leads platform improvements, develops standards and documentation, and partners with business stakeholders to deliver reliable end-user experiences. This role requires strong systems administration skills, proven troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, facilities, security, and business teams.
