Analyst Corporate Finance Mid-Market

Job description

We are looking for an analyst for the Corporate Finance Mid-Market (CFMM) department. CFMM is a team that provides advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to ING’s customers: mainly director/majority shareholders (DGAs) and mid-market private equity firms. Transactions vary from approximately €20 to €200 million. Role & Responsibilities: - Preparing strategic presentations for customers. - Preparing information memoranda for sales processes. - Performing detailed valuation and financial analyses, including multiple analyses (trading and transaction) and discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses. - Coordination of due diligence processes for M&A transactions, including legal, financial and/or commercial due diligence. - (Assisting with) drafting transaction documentation, for example process letters and offer letters. - (Assisting with) maintaining contacts with ING colleagues to generate relevant leads.
