Job description

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Technician II to join our team at Eielson, AFB, Alaska . This is an intermediate level position that will provide technical support operations across a wide array of aircraft and missions. Typical duties include: laying out, fabricating, and assembling electronic components following predetermined methods and criteria; adjusting, repairing, and modifying systems, working from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams; repairing and/or replacing malfunctioning units as directed; setting up and operating standard electronic testing equipment; using hand powered and unpowered tools and simple machine power tools to fabricate electronic components; and performing related job duties as required. The duties and requirements listed below are not mutually exclusive. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
