Description du poste Treasury and financing: - Liquidity: procure the group has the safe and adequate level of liquidity by heading and running group cash forecasting process, setting and maintaining processes and services to centralize liquidity (cash-pooling) and proposing ad hoc actions to the Group CFO for specific or one-off effects - Debt & financing : set up and optimize new funding sources for the Group (factoring, receivables and asset financing, etc.) ; manage day-to-day operations in relation with LBO-related senior debts (TLB and RCF) and take part in operations to renegotiate, amend them - Financial risks management: supervise foreign exchange risk management (in connection with financial operations and trade operations) and interest risk management in connection with financial debts - Cash management: organize and supervise bank accounts and payments management, providing adequate tools and facilitating the management of liquidity - Other financial services: negotiate other financial facilities and services with banks and other financial institutions: bank guarantees, other - Bank relationship: maintain constructive relationship with core banks through balanced distri...
