Tyler Grange, an award‑winning B Corp environmental consultancy, is looking for a People Development Coordinator to support the delivery of our training and professional development activity across the business. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term maternity cover role, ideally suited to someone with hands‑on experience coordinating learning or training activity who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and care to people‑focused work. About Tyler Grange: We’re a B‑Corp environmental consultancy established in 2010, with a team of around 90 incredible humans spread across seven UK offices. By working inclusively and collaboratively, our expert teams in ecology, arboriculture, landscape planning and green & blue infrastructure support our clients to deliver developments with positive outcomes for both people and wildlife - from solar farms and highways to award‑winning residential schemes.
