Job Overview: The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) II will perform and assist with personal care ADLs/IADLs for participants in the PACE across all platforms of delivery of care, like center and/or in the home, or virtually. The PCA II must be able to perform the job duties of a PCA I if assigned. In addition, the PCA II supports the PCA III in the gathering and reporting information related to the care coordination, participants’ ability to engage, maintain/improve their ability, foster independence, maintain function, or improve socialization, or satisfaction.
