What You'll Be Doing: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with operations and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization to enhance reliability. Project oversight, keeping track of overall expenes.
