PRIMARY PURPOSE: As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides. Position: Full-Time, Hourly: Location: Gold Strike Casino PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare dishes, follow the recipe, and yield guides. - Assist in decorating cakes and pastries. - Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. - Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area. - Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation. - Set up and break down the workstation. - Regularly runs for food and restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for service. - Communicate, direct, and assist management, chef, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees. - Perform other job-related duties as requested.
